Zynga

Act as the liaison between the Zynga business team based in the U.S. and an overseas development team to develop an in-house custom application that will improve the efficiency, management, and cost reduction of globalize company contents. SeamApp help define and communicate business requirements, develop and validate technical specifications, and managed the timely delivery of each task.

LinkedIn

Provide consultation and implementation services to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the localization software, WorldServer. By understanding the pain points of the end users and the capabilities of the software, the application was re-designed and customized with the proper solution to relive those pain points. As a result, the overall localization team’s efficiency and productivity was improved.

VMWare

Manage the implementation of the localization management system and the integration into the Content Management System. This project is under an extremely tight schedule and requires coordination with multiple vendors and teams. With proper management of timeline and expectations, this project is on-track to complete successfully.

Blakes

Manage and implement an Email Management System, Decisiv, which provides a platform for the collaboration, organization, and extraction of emails. While this system require changing user habits and routines in order to be effective, proper adoption planning and training was executed to ensure success of the product long term.
